All of our products are guaranteed to arrive without product defect. If the product has a manufacture defect it will be replaced or monies refunded.The Wacky Parrot will not accept responsibility for products damaged during delivery.
You will receive most of our products within 7-10 days of ordering, unless it is a product that is out of stock. If you have an item, which you need especially fast, please feel free to email us or call. We will try to accommodate you in any way that we can. Individual items may be upgraded to 2nd Day Air for an additional $10.00 or over-nighted for an additional $20.00.
